About the assignment

We are looking for a junior lawyer for a consulting assignment at an authority in Sundbyberg. The assignment starts on 2/2 and lasts for 3 months. The scope is 100% of full-time. The work will be performed at the client's premises in Sundbyberg. The client is a public authority whose task is to work with debts.

Your tasks

In the role of junior lawyer, you will work with the following:

• review of documents occurring in the bankruptcy flow

• draft proposals for statements on final documents

• draft proposals for statements on trustee selection

• confidentiality review

• some administrative tasks may be added

As a lawyer at this authority, you will work in the bankruptcy supervision department. This requires that you are meticulous and have the ability to quickly learn new tasks. You see connections and consequences and can independently draw conclusions and make decisions. You also have the ability to achieve results and drive your work forward.

Your qualifications

• good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

• approved law degree of 270 higher education credits (180 credits)

• at least one (1) year of work experience as a lawyer

• good knowledge of Swedish in terms of spoken and written language
